External Branding:
Carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer
trends, as well as trying to predict future trend.
Developing strategies and managing branding campaigns across print and
online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers'
expectations and to build the credibility of brands.
Supervising advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to
maintain consistency in branding.
Creating, enhancing agency and partner relationships.
Engaging and working with a variety of key internal/external stakeholders
on the CSR strategy and community programs.
Promote fact-based decision making through data-analysis, reporting and
providing sound
recommendations.
Monitoring and reporting brand expenditure to ensure it does not exceed
budget defined in operational brand plan.
Seeking for good sponsorship opportunities or projects that increase
awareness of the company brands and create positive image for the company.
Internal Branding:
Keeping the Management Team and employees informed about Brand
communications
Others:
Perform other duties assigned by line manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
At least 3 years' working experience in related field such as
Economics/Marketing/Business Management.
Social media knowledge
Good working attitude and positive thinking.
Proactive and “can-do” attitude, able to work under pressure.
Good at English Communication, proficiency in MS Office.
Detail- oriented, customer service-minded.
Having working experience in education field is an advantage.
Fluent in English (verbal and written)
Experienced practitioner in Microsoft Office and other related business
software.
