At Cho Tot, we aspire to make secondhand the first choice by delivering a
reliable and effective recommerce platform for millions of Vietnamese to buy
and sell used items. We are looking for a committed and strong Business
Specialist for Chotot Goods vertical (covering Electronics, Home
Appliances, Pets, Fashion & Accessories, etc. categories). The ideal
candidate will take responsibility for go-to-market (GTM) campaigns for key
products as well as implement regular seasonal initiatives to optimise
business performance.
Responsibilities
Take ownership of (1) go to market plans for key product offerings
including key target segments, value proposition, message, channels, (2)
implementation of the plans, (3) performance optimisation to maximise
users adoption and retention.
Work closely with Business analysts who develop the offerings and product
team to well understand the product concept and develop the detailed GTM
plan with clear objective, execution plan and desired outcome quantified
with input and output metrics.
Work closely with functional teams Marketing,Customer Service..) to
implement the GTM plan.
Responsible for rolling out regular initiatives/ campaigns to mass sellers
to uplift revenue performance.
Responsible for seasonal initiatives to drive overall Goods users growth
when needed.
Possess a hybrid user-focused and data-informed mindset to drive
successful performance. Actively conduct data analysis and frequently talk
to customers to identify users problems/opportunities.
Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly reports and presentation
materials
Other ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications and competencies
Minimum 2 years of experience related to Marketing/Business. Strong
analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Competency in data analysis and ability to identify key challenges and
come up with feasible, scalable recommendations
Self-motivation, strong time management and attention to details
Positive mindset with a can do attitude
Great work ethic and eagerness to go the extra mile to deliver results
Basic competency in Excel, SQL, Big Query
