Proactively plan and manage recruitment for all academic and teaching
positions at Apollo to ensure all vacancies are filled with suitable
candidates within the targeted time;
Be involved in the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to
offer stage, which includes preparing job advertisements, posting on
social media, receiving job applications, screening CVs, arranging
interviews, doing reference check, sending offer packages, providing
feedback to unsuitable candidates etc...;
Meet walk-in applicants, respond to enquiries from candidates, managers
and external recruitment agencies about the organizations' teachers
recruitment activities;
Ensure all administrative arrangements for new foreign employee's arrival
to the city are made and the appropriate people are informed;
Request new employee orientation/induction and provide welfare support to
teacher as required;
Update all recruitment policies/procedures (including work permit and
visa regulations) and recommend improvements;
Manage vacancies and candidate database and generate recruitment related
reports;
Utilize online recruitment services to attract and source applicants, seek
out and manage recruitment agencies;
Perform other tasks as required
Job Requirements
Holder of BA degree
Excellent English communication, both oral and written
Highly organized and good with multi-tasks
Ability to communicate well with local and foreign staff
Proactive, flexible, result-oriented and customer-focused
Able to learn legal requirements related to visa and work permit
