To work closely with HR Team to ensure the quality of HR services with the
purpose of increasing the employee experience, engagement, and overall
Supports the implementation of onboarding and off-boarding processes
Coordinate with internal functions to ensure ER-related process compliance
Participates and assists in planning and facilitating together with the HR
team for engagement activities in team, company social, and networking
Supports in preparing, implementing and evaluating the annual plan of
increasing employee engagement, experience and overall satisfaction
Assistant in executing HR-related tasks/projects as assigned
Learning & Development:
Joining in all stages of the learning process (needs analysis,
implementation planning, and effectiveness evaluation).
Design & Development:
Designing learning materials and media graphics (slides, guidelines,
Developing learning contents (outlines, lesson plans).
Supporting the operation of in-house training courses;
Operating learning policies and managing databases;
Supporting other tasks when required
Fresh graduated or 3rd/4th-year students in Human Resources, Business
Administration or related majors
Have strong passion and good knowledge in Human Resources field
Can work minimum 4 days/week
At least 6 months Full-time/Part-time Internship
Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
Full skill practices and applications of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,
Power Point) and Google Workspace Products (Gmail, GG Drive, GG Meet, GG
Docs, GG Sheet, GG Slides, GG Chat, etc.)
