- Processing applications of work visas for foreign employees (visa renewal, long-term, and short-term visas)
- In charge of commuting to the HCMC Immigration Department, and Department of Labor to submit documents, visa application documents as well as TRC (Temporary Residence Card).
- Update the employees' visas and TRC status on the company's HR management system.
- Collecting, checking, and following up with expats on visas and TRC.
