JOB DESCRIPTION
Conduct market research to define market penetration strategies (foreign
market & IT outsourcing products).
Generate, manage sales pipeline and ensure reaching KPI (qualified leads/
meeting/ proposal)
Manage and review internal sales process compliance
Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing
plans
Build and strengthen client relationships
Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates
and renewals
Working location of Business Development position for Japan market:
Osaka/Tokyo/Yokohama, Japan; Vietnam
REQUIREMENTS
Experience in Sales/ Marketing/ Business Development for foreign markets.
Prefer candidates having experience in the IT field.
Excellent in English (equivalent to IELTS 6.5++) or Topik 6 (fluent)/
Japanese N2/N1
Strong listening and questioning skills, outstanding presentation and
interpersonal skills
Disciplined time management and ability to work under pressure
Excellent proposal writing, project management, and analytical
