Responsibilities
Join our team to build cutting-edge UI design software (think of Sketch or
Figma, but targeting different audiences). You will work with our engineers,
product, and growth team to develop and maintain the data warehouse that fuels
our business decisions. Below are some key responsibilities we expect of you:
Design, develop, and maintain Mar-tech data integration with various tools
such as FullStory, Mixpanel, Segment, Google Analytics, and others.
Develop data tracking, and event streaming data pipeline with multiple
services
Consolidate, cleanse, and transform data from different sources
(including but not limited to Product, Sales, CS, MKT, and Finance) in
order to support business decisions
Ensure data consistency and quality across functions and across funnels
Own the building & maintaining of key business dashboards
Build specific analysis/tools to help analyze business metrics beyond what
typical tracking tools enable
Combine both quantitative and qualitative metrics to provide insights and
drive business decisions
Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to identify
requirements and ensure efficient data ingestion
Qualifications

methodologies
Tech-savvy and a user of online collaboration tools
Ability to present ideas and communicate them clearly
Ability to design, develop, and maintain Mar-tech data integration with
various tools such as FullStory, Mixpanel, Segment, Google Analytics, and
others.
Excellent command of Excel / GSheet - especially formulas and pivot
tables.
Experienced in developing data tracking solutions using Node server and
React web applications.
Proficient in Node.js, React, and related technologies.
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code that meets the
project's requirements.
Ability to monitor and troubleshoot data integration issues.
Ability to continuously learn and stay up-to-date with the latest
technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
Ability to code (back-end) and/or code in Python / R to analyze data is
a plus
