Responsibilities
Key responsibilities:
Support team in all activities of learning and development activities:
Perform organizing tasks for training sessions, including but not limited
to:
Book calendars, arrange rooms, handle attendance and collect feedback in LMS,
input data, create reports, ...
Handle L&D internal services and programs
Other administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor
Data report for training
Qualifications
For 4th year students or fresh graduates in Human Resources, Economics,
Business Administration or related major
Available for full-time working or 4 days/week at least for 6 months.
Having interests in HR, especially Learning and Development
Having good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
Having full skill practices and applications of MS office and Google
office
Being customer-oriented, friendly, patient, proactive, organized and
highly responsible
Having experience in organizing (online/offline) training activities and
making report
