  • Collect and analyze market data, identify target audiences and understand their behavior and habits

  • Create integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to gain new customers and build repeat business

  • Determine the best media outlet mix for our campaigns

  • Allocate budgets and monitor costs
  • Supervise and optimize the execution, monitoring and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success
  • Ensure campaign implementation follows organizational guidelines
  • Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results
  • Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects
  • Update databases and use a customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Measure and track marketing investment
  • Follow media trends of online and offline outlets (TV shows, magazines, blogs, radio programs)

  • Bachelor degree in Communication, Marketing or related fields
  • 2-5 years of related job experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of running B2B and B2C campaigns
  • Ability to manage several marketing campaigns simultaneously
  • A good understanding of Edutech is a priority
  • Fluently in English (IELTS 6.0 and above)
