• Review, conduct value stream analysis to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of current operations and create vision for a new future state • Build development strategies on operating systems based on short-term and long-term strategies of the Company • Build document and improve company's SOPs, WIs (Work Instructions). • Implementing the required KPI, SOPs, WIs (Work Instructions), along with ad hoc reporting and analytical deep-dives • Identify operational issues as needed in different parts of the operation. Find practical and simple solutions to complicated problems. Internal audit tasks would be conducted. • Drive and own operations change management related to new product or program launches as well as business expansion • Review of business processes, systems, team skills and partner with relevant stakeholders to identify, develop and deliver best practice initiatives • Identify, prioritize, structure, and solve an array of other complex business problems, using analytics and business judgment while collaborating with other teams to ensure we implement the right solutions • Oversee and assure overall operations and processes of teams in VUS • Participate in the development of excellent operational capabilities through evaluating, training and developing of personnel, building good relationships with stakeholders • Lead a direct teams who are working on analyzing data, processes, frameworks and getting improved solutions for both Head Quarter and Local Operation teams. • Others related task will be assigned by Line Manager

• Education : bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or management. • Experience : 5+ years of experience in process improvement, quality management, or similar role Proven track record of leading and implementing process improvements • English: proficiency at 4 skills • Computer skills: MS.Office
