Work you'll do
Perform tasks/ assignments/ working plan in the scope of work as a Risk
Advisory (RA) Senior Consultant under the supervision of the Manager/ Senior
Manager in charge of each Engagement to provide risk services to clients to
achieve required service delivery quality.
Involve in the talent development in the RA practice to meet on-going business
requirements.
Participate in project teams to support development and effective rollout of
projects/ programs related to the RA function.
Delivery Service Standards
Work individually or with teams to deliver Sustainability & Climate Change
(S&C) services which includes but not limited to:
Work individually or with teams to deliver S&C services which includes
data analytics, research, reporting/developing recommendations for
presentation to client management
Draft reports and agree draft findings/ improvement recommendations with
client management
Produce quality client deliverables (analysis, reports or presentations)
Work with peers in other specialist areas of the team to ensure the
broader RA propositions are taken to our key clients
Involve, take ownership and responsibility for projects for delivery as
per firm's quality standard and expected client satisfaction. Report and
work closely with the Senior Manager/ Director for the purpose of S&C
engagements and quality control
Build and nurture positive working relationships with clients with the
intention of exceeding client expectations
Advising clients on sustainability, climate change through delivering
distinctive operations expertise
Perform other task assignments when required
Talent Development
Support the Manager to develop and maintain a team of competent staff,
capable of delivering value through teamwork
Participate in mentoring/ coaching and support talent development within
the RA practice for succession
Conduct continuous on the job training for staff, provide constant
feedback and support
Branding and Relationship Building
Contribute to RA branding eminence through conducting public talks/
external seminars/ client presentations
Actively support the Manager in proposals, bidding, identify, cultivate,
and develop new market opportunities

Requirements
Appropriate degree/ diploma qualifications in Sustainability, Climate
Change, Environmental Engineering, Risk Management or related fields.
Other relevant qualifications will be considered.
Knowledge in at least one of the following areas: sustainability strategy
and policy, ESG assessments, ESG reporting, climate change mitigation,
carbon/GHG modelling and mitigation, carbon management, carbon accounting,
etc.
An understanding of how sustainability and climate change principles
relate to business planning, design, and operation.
Proven ability to analyze complicated data sets using quantitative and
qualitative methods and to draw persuasive conclusions—the "so what?"—from
those analyses.
Proficiency in producing both technical and non-technical reports,
presentation
Willing to learn and update new S&C content
Good presentation skills
Business acumen
Flexibility and good adaptability
Teamwork spirit
Willingness to travel across Vietnam
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Relevant professional qualifications such as CESGA, CFA ESG or other
diploma in ESG (completed or in progress) would be an advantage
