Responsibilities
As a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing
and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns, with a primary focus on search
engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO). Additionally,
you will utilize your expertise in building campaigns in HubSpot and your
understanding of Salesforce to drive effective lead generation and sales
funnel management. You will play a key role in driving the success of our
digital marketing initiatives, maximizing customer acquisition and engagement,
and contributing to our overall business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various
platforms, with a strong emphasis on SEM channels such as Google AdWords,
Bing Ads, and social media advertising.
Conduct keyword research, optimize landing pages, and create compelling ad
copy to improve campaign performance and maximize ROI.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable
insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization and improvement.
Guide and collaborate with the SEO team to enhance organic search
visibility, including on-page optimization, content strategy, and link-
building initiatives.
Utilize HubSpot to create and execute inbound marketing campaigns,
including email marketing, lead nurturing, and marketing automation
workflows.
Collaborate with the sales team to align digital marketing efforts with
lead generation and sales funnel management in Salesforce.
Monitor and analyze website analytics using tools such as Google
Analytics, identifying trends, and providing recommendations for website
optimization.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital
marketing, SEM, SEO, and marketing automation, and implement strategies to
ensure our digital presence remains competitive and effective.
Provide strategic guidance to the marketing team, collaborating on the
development of integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Advanced
degrees and certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
Proven experience (5+ years) in managing and optimizing digital
marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on SEM and SEO.
Expertise in utilizing HubSpot for inbound marketing campaigns, including
lead nurturing, email marketing, and marketing automation workflows.
Proficiency in Salesforce, with a deep understanding of lead management
and sales funnel optimization.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and
provide actionable insights for campaign optimization.
In-depth knowledge of SEM platforms such as Google AdWords and Bing Ads,
including keyword research, bid management, and ad copy optimization.
Solid understanding of SEO best practices, including on-page optimization,
link-building, and content strategy.
Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and the
ability to analyze data to drive optimization strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to
collaborate and effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and
manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
