As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you have a chance to learn & practice
including but not limited to:
Handle hiring requests for both technical and non -technical jobs
including:
Collecting hiring demands: work with Hiring Director/Hiring Manager to finalize the hiring demands & JDs as well as fulfillment timeline.
Defining a plan to fulfill the hiring requests.
Sourcing candidates, screening resume, call approach for the right opening jobs.
Selection: phone interview, schedule interview, assign technical test, joining interview, collect interview feedback, etc.
Oversighting the hiring process & progress.
Practice and participate to build a large candidates database.
Joining the team bonding, team building and sharing activities.
Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the Leader/ Manager.
Qualifications
Fresh graduated or 3rd/4th-year students in Human Resources, Business
Administration or related majors.
Have strong passion and good knowledge in Human Resources field,
especially Recruitment
Can work a minimum 3.5 days/ week.
At least 3-6-month Full-time/Part-time Internship.
Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
Full skill practices and applications of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,
Power Point) and Google Workspace Product (Gmail, GG Drive, GG Meet, GG
Docs, GG Sheet, GG Slides, GG Chat, etc.)
Friendly, patient, proactive and self-motivation.
A good team player with high responsibility, customer-oriented, logical
thinking, and problem-solving skills.
