Responsibilities
Update and monitor approved job posts across online channels.
Actively search and approach candidates to build talent pipeline under
guidance of the team.
Liaise with candidates and hiring department for the assessment rounds
Update recruitment status/ candidate database with a timely and accurate
manner.
Receive and follow-up completion of new employees' documents submission
during on-boarding period.
Working location: UOA Tower, 6 Tan Trao, Tan Phu Ward, District 7.
Requirements
Commitment to a 6-month internship.
3rd year or 4th year university students.
Knowledge and determination to grow in recruitment field.
Experience in recruitment sourcing is a great advantage.
Eyes for details, heart for improvement and motivation to conquer all
difficulties.
No hesitation in taking extra effort with can-do attitude.
