5 Vietnamese rescued in fatal fishing boat accident in S.Korea

Eight crew members including five Vietnamese and three South Koreans were rescued after a fishing boat with 10 people on board capsized off the southern island of Jeju in South Korea on Friday, the Yonhap News Agency reported. A nearby fishing boat managed to rescue the above-mentioned eight crew members. However, one of them, a South Korean, was pronounced dead at 10:07 am after being hospitalized with cardiac arrest. Meanwhile, two South Korean crew members remain missing. Besides, one Coast Guard official was badly injured and was rushed to a hospital after being swept away by waves during the search operation.
