Construction start for $67.2mn wharves in Vietnam’s Thua Thien-Hue

Hanoi-based Vsico Maritime JSC has broken ground on two new wharves with total investment of over US$67.2 million at the deep-water Chan May port cluster in central Vietnam’s Thua Thien-Hue Province. They will be built as parts of the Chan May port cluster, which is located between Thua Thien-Hue and Da Nang City, the two largest localities in the central region. Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh gives gifts to representatives of the contractors of the project to build two new wharves at the deep-water Chan May seaport cluster in Phu Loc District, Thua Thien-Hue Province, central Vietnam, on April 6, 2024.
