Da Nang Int’l Fireworks Festival slated for mid-year

The People’s Committee of Da Nang in central Vietnam, alongside representatives from Sun Group, on Wednesday announced that the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival (DIFF) will return to the city from June 3 to July 8 after a three-year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Sun Group contributed nearly VND150 billion (US$6.4 million) toward the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival in 2019, which helped attract nearly one million local and foreign travelers to the coastal city. This year's festival is the 11th DIFF to have been organized in Da Nang.
