Dozens detained for motorbike racing in Ho Chi Minh City

Police in Ho Chi Minh City arrested 33 young men amongst 100 people who gathered to take part in an illegal motorbike race on Sunday, the first day of the 2023 Lunar New Year. Authorities told local media that they found a group of youngsters planning to gather for an illegal motorbike race organized through a social media platform.
