Magnitude-4 earthquake strikes northern Vietnamese province

A magnitude-4 earthquake struck Hoa Binh Province in northern Vietnam at a depth of 10km on Thursday, according to the Institute of Geophysics. On Thursday, another magnitude-2.7 tremor hit Kon Plong District in the Central Highlands province of Kon Tum. Kon Plong District has also been struck by several quakes this month which measured less than four on the Richter scale.
