When 68-year-old Tran Van Dung leisurely parades his iron-framed horse around the neighborhood in Binh Chanh District, Ho Chi Minh City, all eyes are on him and his crafted vehicle. The iron-framed horse, equipped with two front legs for slow movement and pulling a two-wheeled cart, emits smoke from its mouth as it ambles along. The author and sole operator of this peculiar horse is Tran Van Dung, a 68-year-old mechanic hailing from Binh Loi Commune, Binh Chanh District. Tran Van Dung drives his iron-framed horse in Binh Chanh District, Ho Chi Minh City. “Many people have inquired about utilizing the horse for wedding transportation services, but I declined, explaining that my horse is too slow,” Dung remarked, noting his plans for future speed upgrades.
