One killed, two injured as truck hits 16-seat car in southern Vietnam

A truck hit a 16-seat passenger car which stopped on a section of the Trung Luong-My Thuan Expressway in Cai Lay District, Tien Giang Province, southern Vietnam, at its back on Wednesday, killing one passenger and injuring two others. Preliminary information showed that at 2:00 am, the 16-seat passenger car whose driver’s identity remained unknown stopped on the Trung Luong-My Thuan Expressway section due to a tire problem. While the problem was being solved, the truck running in the same direction with the passenger car suddenly crashed it at the back, seriously damaging the two vehicles.
