Police bust massive cannabis trafficking ring in Ho Chi Minh City

Police in Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City have cracked down on a large-scale marijuana growing and consumption ring, arresting three drug traffickers and seizing over 40 kilograms of cannabis. The Ho Chi Minh City police department said on Wednesday night that it had broken up a major interprovincial drug trafficking ring. After searching Vinh’s residence in Tan Binh, police confiscated an additional 20.3 kilograms of marijuana leaves and other related paraphernalia.
