A resident in Thua Thien-Hue Province, central Vietnam has handed over an 85-kilogram python to forest protection officers. Le Nhan Duc, head of the forest protection unit in Hue City, Thua Thien-Hue Province, said on Tuesday that the unit had received the five-meter python from H.V.D., a local resident. However, they grew concerned as the python rapidly increased in size and weight. The forest protection unit in Hue City is collaborating with a specialized unit responsible for caring for wild animals to ensure the well-being of the snake.
