Roads in Ho Chi Minh City urban districts remain undeveloped for 2 decades

Road systems in An Phu - An Khanh and An Phu urban areas, with nearly 18,000 residents in total, in Thu Duc City under Ho Chi Minh City remain undeveloped after more than two decades. Nguyen Hoang Street is in dire need of an upgrade, while Vu Tong Phan Street should be connected with Nguyen Hoang Street. Road systems in An Phu - An Khanh and An Phu urban areas, with nearly 18,000 residents in total, in Thu Duc City under Ho Chi Minh City remain undeveloped after more than two decades. Nguyen Hoang Street is in dire need of an upgrade, while Vu Tong Phan Street should be connected with Nguyen Hoang Street. Thu Duc City has received many locals’ complaints about the infrastructure at the two projects, said chairman of the People’s Committee of Thu Duc City Hoang Tung.
