Three seventh graders drown in Vietnam’s Ha Tinh

Three beach-goers who were in grade seventh drowned in Ha Tinh Province, north-central Vietnam after strong waves swept them away on Saturday. Nguyen Hai Ly, secretary of the Party Committee in Thach Hai Commune, Thach Ha District, confirmed the drownings to Tuoi Tre (Youth) newspaper on the same day. The two others were identified as male students who lived in Dong Mon Commune in Ha Tinh City.
