Two men including schoolteacher probed for raping 7th grader in Vietnam

Two men, including an elementary school teacher, from Ha Tinh Province, north-central Vietnam have been probed for allegedly raping a seventh grader. The People’s Procuracy in Loc Ha District, Ha Tinh Province confirmed on Saturday it had approved the legal proceedings against D.M.T., 52, and P.V.D., 68, on charges of raping an under-16-year-old person. He also admitted to having sex with Hoa, a seventh grader, whose name has been changed.
