Vietnam hopes to welcome French President Emmanuel Macron in 2023, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh said during a meeting with French Minister for Foreign Trade, Attractiveness, and French Nationals Abroad Olivier Becht in Hanoi on Wednesday. He expressed his wish to soon welcome President Macron and Prime Minister Elisabeth Borne to Vietnam in 2023, on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the two countries' diplomatic relations.
