Vietnamese man arrested over rape and death of 70-year-old woman

A 67-year-old man in Dong Thap Province, southern Vietnam has been detained for raping a 70-year-old woman who was suffering stroke paralysis, leading to her death, after having violating her once, local police confirmed on Sunday. At around 10:15 pm on Friday, a relative of H. reported the alleged rape and death of H. to the local police. Police officers came to the scene immediately for investigation and identified Liem as the suspect.
