Vietnamese peacekeeping sapper unit repairs road for people in Africa

The Vietnamese sapper unit at the United Nations Interim Security Force for Abyei (UNISFA) in Africa recently repaired and upgraded the main route that runs through many important agencies in the middle of the area to help improve travel conditions for locals there. The repair was launched in welcoming the 93rd anniversary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union on March 26, according to the union’s Vietnamese sapper unit chapter. Deng Aguer, chairman of the Abyei Youth Association, expressed his joy over the road upgrade by Vietnam’s peacekeeping sapper force.
