A conductor of Vietnam's North-South train found a lost handbag containing VND60 million (US$2,472) in cash and returned it to the rightful owner on Sunday, right before the New Year. Nguyen Hoang Diem, head of the crew operating train SE4, connecting the northern and southern regions of the country, stated that the train crew successfully returned a handbag, including its contents — cash, a smartphone, and personal documents — to its rightful owner. A passenger had left the bag in his compartment before disembarking at the Dieu Tri Train Station in Binh Dinh Province, south-central Vietnam on Sunday morning, she said. Tuan underscored that honesty is a fundamental requirement within the railway sector. Like us on Facebook or follow us on Twitter to get the latest news about Vietnam!
