Vietnamese girls booked for taking shower while riding motorbike

The viral clip recorded two girls taking an ‘on-the-go’ shower while they were riding a motorbike with a water bucket placed between them and no crash helmets. The girl riding pillion poured water from the bucket onto the other who was steering the vehicle. Based on the license plate number of the motorbike in the video, police were able to track down the two teenagers in question and booked them for driving without a driver’s license, and riding a motorbike without wearing crash helmets.
