Vietnamese teen steals cars, causes crash while on bail

Early on Sunday morning, Truong stole the 30-seater car from a car garage located in Ham Liem Commune, Ham Thuan Bac District, Binh Thuan Province. On April 3, he went on to steal a 1.2-metric-ton truck in Phong Nam Commune, Phan Thiet City and was seized after that. Since he is a teenager, he was let out on bail, during which time he continued to steal cars.
