Cold snap to lower temperatures in northern Vietnam next week

A cold spell is expected to lower temperatures in northern Vietnam starting Monday night, the National Center for Hydro-meteorological Forecasting reported. Northern localities as well as the north-central provinces from Thanh Hoa to Thua Thien-Hue will turn cold starting Tuesday. The average lows will be 14-17 degrees Celsius in the delta, and 10-13 degrees Celsius in mountainous areas.
