Teen boy drowns during lake swim in southern Vietnam

Authorities in Binh Phuoc Province, southern Vietnam have reported a drowning case, in which the victim was a 13-year-old boy. N.V.P., 13, went swimming at Suoi Cam Lake in Dong Xoai City, Binh Phuoc with three friends at around 8:40 am on Friday. While swimming, P. suddenly struggled in the water.
