Mobi FC wins first super cup trophy

It was a match of the Vietnam Super Cup champion Mobi FC and Vietnam Premier League (VPL) winner Đạt Tín FC at the Hoàng Mai Culture and Sports Centre. It was sweet revenge for Mobi after it lost 2-1 to Đạt Tín in the semi-finals of the VPL as Đạt Tín took the championship title last September. Defender Phạm Trương Hoàng Nam of Đạt Tín had a handball in the box after a corner kick from Mobi FC. The super cup match was the kick-off of the seven-a-side football season.
